Why work with Renaid BIM Services?
How we approach a project matters as much as what we model.
01Scope-led delivery
We start by understanding the project requirements, expected outputs, available inputs, and applicable standards so the scope is clear before work begins.
02Flexible project support
Discuss a defined deliverable, a specific technical task, or ongoing support that complements your in-house team.
03Coordination-minded modeling
Modeling and documentation are approached with attention to the information and coordination needs described in the project brief.
04International collaboration
We work with clients and project partners across markets, aligning communication and deliverables around agreed project requirements and timelines.
05Technical focus
Our service areas cover BIM modeling, Scan-to-BIM, Revit technical work, BIM consulting, construction support, and landscape BIM.
06Clear about constraints
BIM outputs depend on the quality of source information. We raise data gaps, dependencies and assumptions early, during scoping.

Quick answer
What are BIM services?
BIM services are the modeling, documentation, coordination and information-management tasks that turn design and survey information into structured Building Information Models. They typically include BIM modeling in Revit, construction documentation, Scan-to-BIM for existing buildings, clash detection, model reviews, BIM execution planning and support for quantity takeoffs or 4D planning.
Firms in the USA, UK and Europe use BIM outsourcing to add modeling capacity for a defined package, cover a discipline they do not staff in-house, or keep production moving through workload peaks, while retaining design responsibility within their own team.
Markets
BIM outsourcing for the USA, UK and Europe
Working practices differ by market: units, LOD conventions, information standards and time zones. We agree these during scoping so deliverables fit how your team already works.
BIM services for US firms
Revit modeling, construction documents and Scan-to-BIM for US architects, engineers and general contractors. LOD requirements as defined in your contract or BIM requirements.
BIM services USA → UK · EU · METRICBIM services for UK and European teams
BIM production aligned with your information requirements, naming conventions and BEP, including projects that reference the ISO 19650 series.
BIM services UK & Europe →Live conversion based on today’s date, including daylight saving.

FAQ
Common questions
More answers are on each service page.
What BIM services does Renaid BIM Services provide?
Our service areas include BIM modeling and documentation, Scan-to-BIM, BIM consulting and management, Revit technical services, construction and site support, and landscape BIM modeling.
Do you work with international clients?
Yes. Renaid BIM Services is positioned to support international clients and project partners. Project requirements, communication arrangements, and deliverables are agreed during scoping.
Can you support an existing in-house BIM team?
We can discuss defined packages or ongoing support that complements an existing team, depending on scope, capacity, and timeline.
How much do outsourced BIM services cost?
Cost depends on the scope: building size and complexity, disciplines, level of development, documentation requirements, the quality of the inputs and the timeline. Send the scope and inputs and we will reply with a proposal for that specific package.
How do you work across US and European time zones?
Our working hours are 9:00 AM–6:00 PM IST, Monday to Saturday. That overlaps with UK and European mornings, and work completed during our day is ready for US teams when they start. Meeting times and update cadence are agreed during scoping.
Which software do you use?
Our services are built around Revit-based BIM workflows. Required software, versions, exchange formats and any project-specific tools are confirmed during scoping.
How is confidential project information handled?
Please avoid sending confidential files until a transfer method and confidentiality terms have been agreed. We can discuss NDAs and file-transfer arrangements before work begins.
What information should I provide to request a quote?
Share the service required, project type, available drawings or point-cloud data, software/file requirements, relevant standards, approximate quantity or scope, and target timeline. You can also contact us first if the scope is still being defined.
Have a BIM requirement to discuss?
Tell us what you are working on and what support you need. We will review the information and discuss suitable next steps.
